Mid snow season, two enormous snowfalls back to back. The first one injures me and I need help. I research, I call, nobody is responding. It's insane times, I get it. I see Turf Smart has an online booking system so I give it a try, the morning of a snowstorm. Within an hour they text me and we talk details. They show up that day and charge me the regular rate, even when they typically charge more for snowstorms. They do an amazing job. They text me the next day to ask how the service was, while doing their other on calls, and shovelling for people who's companies never showed up. Your research might suggest Tuft Smart is the best snow shovelling service in Brampton. It is.

Questions about winter service
What dates does a seasonal plan cover?
Every seasonal plan runs from November 15 to April 15. You pay once for the season and we clear your property whenever snowfall reaches your plan's level.
When do you come to clear my snow?
As soon as snowfall reaches your plan's level: 2 inches for VIP or 3 inches for Premium. Lighter snowfalls below that level are not cleared.
How do I know my driveway size?
Count how many small cars fit on it. Small fits 1 to 2, Medium fits 3 to 4 and Large fits 5 to 6. If you are between sizes or have a corner lot, email us and we will help you choose.
What gets cleared?
Your driveway, the entrance area and the sidewalk in front of your property.
Do I need a seasonal plan?
No. On-call service lets you book a single visit whenever you need it, with no season commitment.
